Church Leadership

The church is led and fed by the elders (overseers, pastors or shepherds) as well as deacons, both of which are appointed according to Paul's instruction found in 1 Timothy 3. The church employs a full-time preaching minister who, while also an acting member of the body, also delivers lessons and sermons from the Word of God to the members on a weekly basis.

David Musgrave - Elder

Dave and his wife, Ann, have been worshiping with the Loveland Heights congregation since 2010. They moved to Ohio from Virginia in 1995 so that Dave could preach for the Milford Heights church of Christ, and attend the Hebrew Union College in Cincinnati. Ann is a receptionist for Dr. Miles J. Burke, for whom she has worked since 2004. Together they have two children, John, 30, and Paul, 27. John is a programmer and Paul is an electrical engineer.

Dave has been a member of the church since 1981. He preached full-time for 26 years, for congregations in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Ohio, and still preaches occasionally. He presently teaches full-time (online) for Amridge University in Alabama. He can be reached at david.musgrave@loveland.church.

Kip Ping - Elder

Kip and his family have been in the Loveland area working with the church at Loveland Heights since 1989. Prior to that he worked with the Airline Blvd. Church of Christ in Portsmouth, VA and the Northside Church of Christ in Bismarck, IL.
